GREET OUR SUBSCRIPTIONS!

Here’s your pass to something that will shock your inbox:

Our monthly subscriptions deliver original creations to your doorstep, with many options to choose from – holiday cards, games, apparel, and more to come

Why fight the supermarket crowds, and their prices? Give a gift that’s as original as you – and your recipient!

Order a greeting card subscription from ROSSLANDS and receive items that are extraordinarily similar in price to the generic, mass-produced store-bought schlock, but of a much, MUCH higher quality and value. These are handmade, one-of-a-kind items, people!

Sure, they're greeting cards, but they're also original pieces of art that were created by one artist, by hand, surely under duress at sub-zero temperatures in the dead of night.

You can frame these and look at them indefinitely, teary-eyed and blushing, knowing that these are not just masterfully rendered illustrations, but artworks with a secret – a private note just for you, tucked away deep inside, that can only be viewed if one dismantles the frame to reveal the prize...

A gift that keeps on giving.

A Brine of the Times

Behind the name ROSSLANDS.

While ROSSLANDS as a business is a relatively new, the name is generations old.

Our German ancestors, armed with oversized leather suitcases and a secret pickle recipe, emigrated to America and tagged a generous swath of local farmland for their own. This Ross family plot was ingeniously named ROSSLANDS.

From there – among the various ventures undertaken – one relative attempted to set up shop in downtown Cincinnati selling the “famous” family pickles. A property owner offered him a storefront in trade for the proprietary recipe, but to no avail... and the rest is history – including the recipe, now forgotten, and the storefront, now a Starbucks (probably).

This business pays homage to these unique family beginnings by recognizing our city’s broad, colorful local history: showcasing unique historical anecdotes, artifacts and traditions, and presenting them in interesting and amusing ways… among other things.

Any questions?
