Cincinnati "Graffiti" (T)
Cincinnati "Graffiti" (T)
Remember carving your name into a tree when you were a kid? Well, imagine a young Cincinnatus in ancient Rome, sneaking away to leave his mark on the world – as he did to save Rome when an adult.
Inspired by Cincinnati (OH)’s ties with sister-city Rome (ITA), the illustration imagines Cincinnati’s namesake – Cincinnatus – as graffiti-style, classically-inscribed letters on a Roman column.
This original, copyrighted, retro-style illustration was created and hand-drawn by Matt Hunter Ross. All rights reserved.
