It's Virtually Market Season!

Strange times we’re currently living in…
We’re months into COVID-19 with no end in sight – quarantining, social distancing, face masks galore, not to mention political and social unrest – and hopefully you’re staying safe.
These desperate times call for desperate measures, so people are getting creative to keep small businesses alive – thus, a whole host of “virtual” markets in the coming months. Instead of strolling through rows of tents double-fisting dog leash and beer, you sift through tons of posts on various social media outlets via the interwebs.
For instance, ROSSLANDS is participating in the first virtual City Flea market this weekend. They normally host at Washington Park in OTR (Cincinnati), but for this event they’ve chose Instagram as their grassy knoll, allowing you to stroll through their feed as they showcase vendors throughout the day. You can also listen to their usual outdoor DJ play tunes live online, which is pretty cool. Great effort from these folks to help bring some sort of normalcy to small business and the community at large. Check it out here.
Upcoming shows that we’re a part of – virtual or live – will be posted on the Events page. In the meantime, please support local retailers by continuing to shop online.
Again, stay safe everyone!
